How do I add courier credentials?
Settings → Couriers. Enter Steadfast API key, Pathao credentials, or CarryBee Client-ID/Secret/Context.
How does AI order parsing work?
Go to Add Parcel → AI tab. Paste messy order text. Click Parse. Fields are filled automatically and editable.
What happens when I reach my order limit?
You'll be blocked from creating new orders. Upgrade with a Storage Pack from the Subscription page to add more slots.
Can I delete old order data?
Yes. Orders → filter and delete. Or Settings → Data → delete by date range.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final. See Refund Policy.
How is profit calculated?
Only delivered orders count. Profit = COD − (buy price × quantity).
