Refund Policy

All payments made to NEXAGO are one-time and non-refundable.

No refunds for:

• Unused subscription time
• Unused order quotas
• Unused storage packs
• Account suspension due to policy violation
• Service interruptions
• Courier delivery failures (those are handled by the courier)

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback will result in immediate account termination without refund.
